These terms govern your use of Kairos Optima Ventures's ("the Club") member portal. By signing in, you agree to them.
Access to the portal is limited to registered members and appointed officers of the Club. Your login is personal to you — do not share your password or two-factor codes with anyone else.
Figures shown in the portal (savings balances, loan positions, fees, and fines) reflect the Club's official records, governed by the Club's constitution and the lending policy set by its officers. If you believe a figure is wrong, raise it with the Treasurer — the portal is a record-keeping tool, not itself the source of club policy.
You agree not to attempt to access another member's account, probe or interfere with the portal's security, or upload false documents. Officers with administrative access agree to use it only for legitimate club business.
Officers are required to enable two-factor authentication. An administrator may end an active session on your account — for example, if a device is lost or a login looks suspicious — without prior notice, to protect the account.
These terms may be updated from time to time as the Club's policies evolve. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
